We ship to all countries worldwide. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Transit Time: 3 to 5 business days across all options

Shipping Options

  • Express Shipping (Orders $49.99 and up): FREE (3 to 5 business days)

  • Standard Shipping (Orders under $49.99): $4.99 flat rate (3 to 5 business days)

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.

2. Return & Refund Policy

Scope of This Policy

This policy covers all orders placed through NicheBand Co. and shipped globally.

Return Eligibility

We offer returns for defective, damaged, or non-conforming items. We do not offer product exchanges.

  • European Union (14-Day Window): EU customers may request a return or refund within 14 calendar days if the item arrived defective, damaged, or non-conforming.

  • Non-EU Customers: Returns and refunds apply strictly to defective, damaged, or non-conforming goods upon arrival.

Note: Change-of-mind requests or incorrect size selections are strictly non-refundable.

  • Return Shipping: Customers cover all return shipping fees regardless of location.

  • Restocking Fees: We charge 0% restocking fees on approved returns.

3. Order Cancellation & Modification Policy

At NicheBand Co., we process and transfer orders quickly to our fulfillment partners to ensure fast shipping times.

Requesting a Cancellation or Modification

If you need to change your shipping address, order details, or cancel your purchase:

Processing Orders (Before Shipping)
